Refund & Return Policy
At Sun & Da Moon, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Refunds
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Product arrives damaged.
- Product is defective upon arrival.
- Product is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- Product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
